Company Overview:

A leading and fast-growing F&B group with multiple restaurant concepts across Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in UAE tax compliance, restaurant accounting, and familiarity with BIMPOS software.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple restaurant outlets Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial reporting Manage and process payroll in compliance with UAE labor laws Ensure accurate VAT calculations, filings, and compliance with UAE tax regulations Maintain food cost control reports and analyze variances Monitor and control budgets across all F&B outlets Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger Work closely with procurement and operations teams for inventory and costing reports Prepare financial statements and reports for management Generate and analyze P&L statements by outlet Utilize BIMPOS software for real-time data and sales tracking Create and maintain financial models and cash flow projections using Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B/hospitality industry in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE taxation and VAT laws Proven experience with payroll processing in the UAE Hands-on experience with BIMPOS or similar POS and accounting software Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of food costing and budgeting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team environment
