Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances and performance trends.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities across multiple contracts and business units.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
Collaborate with operations and contract managers to align financial planning with business objectives.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and review pricing models and tender submissions for new and renewal contracts.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., VAT, corporate tax).
Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant data and documentation.
Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within facilities management, construction, or related sectors.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
