Job Description

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections, to ensure timely and accurate transactions. Conduct variance analysis and identify trends or anomalies in financial data, communicating findings to management and recommending corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, staying updated on changes in accounting standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement internal controls, and drive operational efficiencies. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the retail industry Proficiency in MS Excel; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
