Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
Develop, execute, and optimize account strategies aligned with client goals
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Media, etc.) to deliver high-quality solutions
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery
Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities
Proactively handle client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in
Account Management
or a similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively
Solid understanding of
marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a
marketing agency
is a strong plus
