Own and grow key client relationships, serving as lead brand advisor and day-to-day point of contact
Lead the development and execution of experiential marketing campaigns that integrate physical and digital elements
Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, and vendor coordination to deliver high-impact activations
Collaborate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive, omni-channel delivery
Provide strategic insights on audience behavior, channel performance, and campaign ROI
Supervise and mentor junior account managers and project staff
Drive upsell opportunities and contribute to organic growth within existing accounts
Requirements
8+ years of experience in client servicing or brand management at an experiential, creative, or integrated marketing agency
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns (live + digital + social)
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality activations, installations, and immersive experiences
Strong project and budget management skills, with an eye for detail and delivery
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's is a plus)
