Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Account Manager who can confidently manage existing clients and inbound enquiries, lead strategy and concept development, and oversee the end-to-end execution of events and marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who can think strategically, negotiate commercially, and manage delivery without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client accounts and handle new enquiries

Develop strategies, concepts, and proposals for events and marketing campaigns

Lead client communication, presentations, and approvals

Negotiate with clients and vendors to achieve commercial and delivery excellence

Oversee event and campaign execution from planning to post-delivery

Coordinate with internal creative, production, tech, and operations teams

Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Requirements

4-6 years experience in events, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing agencies

Strong understanding of event management and marketing campaigns

Proven experience in client servicing, strategy, and negotiations

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Dubai-based and available for full-time, in-office work
