Overview of the role





The Partnership team is a core function within the commercial business unit, delivering a constant stream of new business opportunities by way of introductions from referring partners.






Accountants, mortgage brokers, lenders, wealth managers, and tax planners are just some of the industries we develop strategic relationships with.





In this role, you will be responsible to identify and grow new partnership opportunities. You will have the opportunity to source and onboard your own pipeline of introducers across our key verticals.





Once successfully onboarded and implemented as an introducer, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of introduced clients, ensuring their successful registration and completion of first trade handled by the dealing team.

Responsibilities





1. Relationship Management:


Establish new partners, acting as the primary point of contact once onboarded.

Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure partners are well-supported and motivated to refer clients.

Address and issues of concerns partners may have and work to find solutions that benefit both parties.


2. Performance Tracking and Reporting:


Monitor and analyse the performance of partners, tracking metrics such as number of referrals, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.


3. Collaboration and Coordination:


Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless experience for referred clients.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop co-branded materials and campaigns that support partnership initiatives.


4. Compliance and Risk Management:



Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess their suitability and mitigate any risks associated with the partnership.


5. Strategy Development and Execution:


Once the existing portfolio is performing, develop and implement a strategic plan to identify, engage, and onboard introducers or referring partners.

Conduct market research to identify potential partners, understand their needs and align partnership opportunities with business goals.


6. Partner Sourcing:


Identify and engage with potential partners across key verticals such as Accountants, mortgages brokers, lenders etc.

Utilise various channels including networking events, industry conferences, online research, LinkedIn, cold outreach and referrals to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.

Deliver presentations and pitch the partnership program to potential partners, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of collaborating with the company.


7. Onboarding and Training:


Develop and manage an efficient onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand the company's products, services and referral processes.

Provide training and resources to partners to help them effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's services to their clients.

Requirements




Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding revenue targets Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to secure and nurture relationships Deep understanding of the foreign exchange market and its key drivers Ability to work independently and as part of collaborative Confident, excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills Proficient in using CRM software and other tools for managing partnerships and tracking performance Proven ability to drive business growth through partnerships Strong interpersonal skills and Relationship Management experience
