INNOVEX Agency is a Dubai-based creative and marketing agency providing integrated services including branding, content creation, commercial photography and videography, CGI and 3D production, website development, and digital marketing. We work with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, perfume, automotive, F&B, real estate, and corporate brands across the UAE and GCC.

Position Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Account Manager

to act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients. The role requires strong leadership, structured communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while coordinating closely with internal creative, production, and strategy teams.

This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, project efficiency, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple client accounts on a day-to-day basis. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Lead project planning, timelines, and deliverables across creative, production, and post-production teams. Translate client briefs into clear internal tasks and actionable project plans. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Resolve client issues professionally and proactively. Work closely with Sales, Creative Directors, Content Strategists, and Production Heads. Ensure all work aligns with agency standards and client objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in an

agency account management role

. Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously. Strong understanding of creative and production workflows, including content creation, video production, and digital marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Professional, client-facing mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, perfume, or real estate brands. Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and digital performance metrics.

Working Hours and Schedule

This is a full-time, in-house position based in Dubai.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Working Days:

Alternating schedule as follows:
Week 1: 5 working days
Week 2: 6 working days

This pattern repeats on a 5 / 6 working day cycle.
