The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Responsibilities Coordinating daily accounting activities. Creating journal entries in the accounting systems. Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division. Data analyses and marketing forecast. Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability. Developing financial statements, reporting financial status to shareholders, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Recording monthly stock inventory for all Euromercato stores. Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management. Administering payrolls, payables and receivables controlling income and expenditure. Developing and managing financial system polities. Preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others.
