Role Overview


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager - Business Analyst based in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic account management with advanced business analysis to drive client success and operational excellence in PSI's luxury real estate portfolio. The Senior Account Manager - Business Analyst will manage key client accounts, analyze business processes, identify and document requirements, and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance client satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align solutions with client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Client Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Develop account strategies to drive client retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth in alignment with PSI's business goals. Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, identify new requirements, and ensure alignment with PSI's luxury offerings.
Business Process Analysis and Optimization

Evaluate and map business processes (e.g., lead management, property transactions, client onboarding) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Create detailed process documentation, including workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to streamline operations and ensure consistency. Leverage tools like Miro or Visio to design process models that enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Propose and implement data-driven process improvements to support scalability and business growth.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for real estate processes and systems. Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements for cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales. Develop comprehensive documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs) and user guides, to support system enhancements and process changes.
Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze client and operational data to generate insights, creating reports and dashboards (e.g., using Power BI or Excel) to track key metrics like client satisfaction, sales performance, and transaction accuracy. Support marketing and sales teams with data-driven strategies, such as contact segmentation for targeted campaigns. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making and client account planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to align account management and process improvement initiatives with PSI's strategic objectives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve challenges, and drive consensus on process enhancements. Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and implementation of client-focused solutions.
Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and operational workflows through emerging technologies, such as AI or CRM automation. Stay informed on real estate market trends and client expectations to propose innovative solutions that maintain PSI's competitive edge. Collect and act on client and stakeholder feedback to refine processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications



Experience

: Minimum of 5 years in account management, business analysis, or a related role, with at least 2 years in real estate or property management.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Skills

: Exceptional analytical skills with experience in business process modeling (e.g., Miro, Visio, BPMN). Proven expertise in account management, building relationships with HNWIs, and driving client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and managing business requirements. Expertise in data analysis and report development (e.g., Power BI, Excel) for client and operational insights. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) and data-driven client strategies. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of real estate workflows, such as lead management, property transactions, or client onboarding, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Odoo for CRM automation is a plus.

Requirements

: Valid UAE Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (preferred for client meetings or site visits).
