Job title: Senior Account Manager Based at: MGMME Office, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi Position reports to: General Manager Job Purpose Summary: Handle the day-to-day client contact to ensure smooth delivery of projects and strengthening the client-agency relationship Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements Working with company producers, animator and creative team to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget Presenting, alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client Briefing creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients Writing client reports Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns Undertaking administration tasks Arranging and attending meetings Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency. Assisting with business development and promoting the company to potential clients A background in media and communications is a must, experience in the energy sector is a plus Minimum of 3 years' experience in Account Management or Sales The ideal candidate is Abu Dhabi-based You'll have some understanding of the media production process, or a willingness to learn quickly through experience Entrepreneurial by nature, you'll have a proven track record of business growth across sales and account management Comfortable working with C-level clients Confident, you build trust with key stakeholders both internally and externally A true self-starter who can identify and seize opportunities A creative thinker, able to generate exciting out-of-the-box ideas for clients Competitive remuneration package Full coverage health-care 22 days allotment of vacation time (not including public holidays) Myriad Global Media is an award-winning communications production company that has been delivering film, drone, 2&3D animations, design, event elements and more for clients more than 30 years. Both Myriad and SHIIFT have locations in Houston, London, and Abu Dhabi. The Account Manager will work across the UAE division of the company but will work closely with colleagues in London.
