As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into net-new supply to support new-market launches and to meet quarterly targets. Working across the full sales funnel, you will proactively turn cold leads into warm opportunities while helping to build the Hotels category's presence in the market through close collaboration with internal teams. This includes partnering, strategizing, and managing day-to-day operations directly with independent and boutique hotels, ensuring the platform always has strong hotel inventory and competitive deals available to guests.
A Typical Day
Meet and exceed KPIs by owning the performance and success of your assigned region
Prospect new potential hotels through external research, networking, and internal tools
Secure new hotel partners through targeted sales strategies, negotiation, and closing
Clearly position and communicate the platform's value proposition to new partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Add net-new hotels by qualifying and moving leads through the funnel efficiently to achieve quarterly goals
Identify supply and support new-market launches, including lead generation and cross-functional coordination
Support hotel onboarding as needed once deals are closed
Implement scalable strategies that drive strong business impact across a wide range of hotel partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners by demonstrating deep knowledge of the platform and confidently pitching its value
Your Expertise
8+ years of professional experience, ideally within a fast-growing tech or hospitality company in sales and/or account management
Previous hospitality experience is a plus
Proficiency in English and the relevant local language for the specific market
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented while moving quickly
Ability to build strong relationships and influence partners
Capacity to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic initiatives
A quick learner with a proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and learning through action
