Job Description
As a Senior Account Executive at AdMonks, an integrated Marketing Agency, you will be responsible for understanding and pre-empting client needs and distill their requirements to an effective creative brief. The creative brief when fed to the creative team should enable the ideation, development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns that leverage both traditional and digital media in order to drive business growth for our clients. Alongside the strategy and creative team, you will also be part of our pitch process and play an active role in shaping new opportunities for the agency \xe2\x80\x93 be it expanding a current client relationship or forging new ones. Responsibilities:
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their brand communication and advertising requirements across traditional mediums and digital platforms
- Approaching clients about their campaign requirements, budget & media planning
- Recommend marketing communication strategies and content plans and brief the creative team for initiating the creative process
- Working hand-in-hand with the creative and production team to streamline the creative development process
- Presenting campaign ideas, creative work and project budgets to the client
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Monitoring work progress & keeping contact with clients at all stages.
- Coordinate on invoicing and work towards revenue goals through retaining and building the client base
- 5+ years of advertising/digital/brand communication experience
- Experienced in social media and digital marketing
- Experienced in running paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and X
- Experienced in using Social Media analytical tools and reporting
- Adept at using generative Ai for devising content frameworks and plans
- Strong communication, organizational and people skills
- Confidence and ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
