JOB PURPOSE:
To provide compliance support to identify, monitor, and control conduct, risks exposure of Magnati.
Understand and ensure effective implementation of Magnati\'s Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policies on all business operations, including but not limited to investigation, tracking and reporting of any violation of these policies to the Board/Senior Management.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be the first point of contact for any comprehensive support, advisory, and investigation related to Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment and ABC violation/potential violation.
Conducting periodic/refresher training to Magnati staff on Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment and ABC
Ensure that Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts and Entertainment, ABC and other related policies are always up to date and relevant
Establish, implement and oversee the execution of the periodic departmental Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) testing
Be the Compliance point of contact in all Vendor Management related aspects
Attend all Mandatory and related training to attain insight of Magnati\'s businesses, products, services as well as compliance requirements
Maintain an ongoing relationship and work in close contact with Business and Group functions to ensure appropriate support is provided on all conduct and vendor management matters.
Assume any further delegated responsibilities by the Head of Compliance.

Job Context
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be the first point of contact for any comprehensive support, advisory, and investigation related to Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment & ABC violation/potential violation.
Investigate and provide appropriate recommendation on all conduct, corruption, bribery, and ethics related issues, including whistleblowing reports raised on Magnati\'s EthicsPoint hotline.
Maintain an updated tracker of all whistleblowing cases reported and investigated with their statuses, and ensure closure of all open cases within the agreed SLA
Maintain an updated tracker of all Gifts and Entertainment related items received or issued by Magnati and its staff, and investigate any potential breach of the Policy
Ensure that all violations of policies and procedures are included in the Compliance periodic report to senior management, Board and if required, to CBUAE.
Support HR on the implementation of Code of Conduct policy, Whistleblowing policy, Gifts & Entertainment policy and ABC policy, and attend to escalated issues related to these polices, if any.
Ensure that Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment, ABC and other related policies are always up to date and relevant.
Conduct periodic/refresher training to Magnati staff on Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment and ABC, and track attendance rate
Document compliance monitoring plan and execute and report significant issues to the Board and senior management
Design periodic RCSA testing for all Compliance activities and perform them as per the documented schedule, to ensure that all activities are being done as per the approved policies/procedures. Highlight exceptions/irregularities to Head of Compliance for rectification, if any.
Review and provide independent assessment and recommendation on any vendor empanelment for outsourcing and/or or business partner proposal.
Develop and strengthen relationships to promote best practices and ensure a good understanding of Compliance requirements across Magnati.
Assist Head of Compliance in support of Magnati business units during CBUAE audits and in responding to any ad-hoc requests from CBUAE.
Assist Head of Compliance with any regulatory reporting related to Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, Gifts & Entertainment, ABC, compliance monitoring and outsourcing as maybe required by regulator from time to time.
Understand the end-to-end processes of the areas that are under coverage and highlight possible compliance related concerns and assist the teams to mitigate these concerns.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Core Competencies
Sound understanding of regulations and legislations/laws that affect the magnati business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Strong ability to work as a team player.
Ability to cope with and thrive in a non-routine environment and think creatively
Strong written and verbal skills, preferably in both Arabic and English.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\'s degree or higher.
Certification(s) in AML and Compliance or similar are preferable.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a financial institution including bank and non-bank financial institutions with a combination of experience in Compliance (Regulatory and Business Compliance Experience), payments, retail banking products like credit cards, prepaid/WPS cards and E-wallets.
