Job Description
Job Purpose
Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and animations/CGI to support design concepts and stakeholder understanding. Collaborate with architects to ideate, plan, and present construction projects in a visually compelling manner. Develop realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and fly-throughs to support approvals, client presentations, and marketing efforts. Produce in-house presentations and visual content that aid decision-making while maintaining DAMAC's brand standards. Manage and maintain a library of 3D assets, materials, and textures for efficient future use. Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling tools, design technologies, and industry best practices to ensure precision and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's in Architecture or Architecture-related discipline
Minimum Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience using 3Ds Max, Corona and Vray for Luxury Architectural Projects * Expert knowledge of AI tools for Visualization, including: After Effect, Premiere Pro, Midjourney AI, Generative Fill, Tripo AI, Runway/Kling/Veo, Invoke AI, ChatGPT images.
