We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Designer with a passion for designing and delivering innovative, visually stunning environments for events, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D design, combined with the ability to lead projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop 3D environments for events, exhibitions, and immersive experiences, ensuring they are visually compelling and functional. Collaborate with project managers, creative directors, and production teams to ensure design concepts are innovative, feasible, and executed to high standards. Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and internal teams. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain engaging and up-to-date. Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately, efficiently, and within budget and timeline constraints. Assist in mentoring junior designers, providing support and guidance as needed. Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders. Ensure all designs meet safety and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in 3D design, with a focus on events, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine, and Rhino. Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas to both clients and internal teams. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
