Sen Teacher (special Education Needs Teacher)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning requirements
Monitor and assess student progress regularly
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators
Manage classroom behavior effectively and compassionately
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Degree in Education or Special Education
Valid teaching certification in special education
Prior experience working with SEN students preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
