Job Requirements:
- A teaching license from your home country
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in SEN
- A Bachelor\'s degree or Masters in Education in SEND
- US Common Core Curriculum experience preferred
- IELTS Certification (8.0) for Non-Native English Speakers or Native English Speakers
- PYP experience preferred
- The SENCO will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal to raise educational achievement by leading and coordinating provision for students with special education needs across the whole school.
- SENCO will ensure strategic development of the school\xe2\x80\x99s Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision and oversee the day-to-day operation of that policy with the aim of raising SEN student achievement.
- Whole-school teaching and learning responsibility in the area of Inclusion, with a focus on SEN/EAL and G &T provision, transition and the tracking of vulnerable groups.
