Basic Salary:
AED 2,000 - 2,500 per month
Commission:
30% - 40% (listing-side commission)
Probation:
3 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source residential and investment properties for sale
Approach property owners, developers, and co-brokers
Conduct seller meetings and explain listing process
Collect Form A and required seller documents
Maintain regular follow-ups with property owners
Submit accurate listing details to admin team
Coordinate pricing feedback and availability updates
REQUIREMENTS
UAE real estate experience preferred
Knowledge of Form A and seller documentation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with targets and performance-based role
Self-motivated and disciplined
Ability to work under SOPs and reporting rules
