Degree or postgraduate in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience


Good experience in Agile methodology using Scrum Framework


Experience


Over 5 years of experience in configuration, deployment, and fine-tuning of Siebel CRM


Hands-on experience with Siebel IP17 and IP19.x


Experience in performance tuning


Technical Skills


Experience working with operating systems including Linux and Windows


Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture


Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices


Hands-on experience in Siebel configuration including UI Layer, BO Layer, and Data Object Layer


Expertise in workflow and eScript


Hands-on experience in configuring inbound and outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs


Experience in Siebel Open UI including PM and PR


Hands-on experience in configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution


Experience in server management tasks


Experience in Siebel Marketing Campaigns


Experience in Siebel Lead Management and Service Request modules


Experience in Java is desired


Functional Skills


Knowledge of banking especially in campaign management


Experience in retail and corporate domains


Soft Skills


Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations to increase productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience


Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to own and drive tasks without supervision while working collaboratively across teams


Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management
