The Director-Segment and Trade Management will create customer demand for Bupa products that results in increased sales and competitiveness in the market by effectively communicating our product range and benefits and launching new products based on segmented consumer needs while complying with the regulatory framework and working within the assigned budgets and resources. Evaluate and review the efficiency and impact of the different channels and campaigns
Delivering the brand activity plan and promotions
Reviewing and approving advertising and promotion plans for driving product sales
Reviewing and approving advertising campaigns and designs
Review and approve product activity plans and communication
Contributing to and executing the brand strategy
Contributing to and recommend the brand strategy development
Review and refine the activity plans to deliver on the brand strategy
Lead the agency and brand team to deliver effective communication
Lead the relationship with agencies and ensure understanding and alignment to company strategy
Inspire and create a positive team environment between Bupa and agency partners
Review and approve communication briefs and evaluate creative responses, designs and deliverables
Manage and control the assigned marketing support spend
Review and refine the annual marketing spend
Approve, monitor and review spending
Ensure delivery of services and products
Skills
Years of Experience A minimum of 5 years in brand building and overall experience of no less than 8 years in all marketing areas Experience Fields A solid understanding of marketing concepts and execution Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and commonalities Robust people management capabilities Hands on experience in new product development and advertising development Ideally coming from the FMCG or telecommunication industries Proficient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken) Able to travel regularly to meet with clients, including in remote areas Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, excel, power point and word Other Requirements University degree in Marketing, an MBA qualification is a plus
