Job Description

:

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Security Team Leader to oversee and support the daily security operations at assigned sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing security guards, ensuring adherence to company standards, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.

Candidates who are available to join immediately with a valid SIRA Supervisor Certificate are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily security operations, including duty rosters, guard deployment, and site supervision. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline, ensuring compliance with company and site-specific security policies. Conduct on-site inspections, patrols, and spot checks to ensure guards are alert, properly uniformed, and performing their duties effectively. Support in implementing and maintaining access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures. Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, daily logs, and shift handover notes. Act as a point of contact between management and on-site guards to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency. Train and guide new guards on company rules, client expectations, and emergency procedures. Liaise with clients and company supervisors to resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally. Take immediate action in case of emergencies or security breaches and report incidents to management. Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good knowledge of UAE security operations and site supervision procedures. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage). Ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email). Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred.

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a Security Team Leader or Supervisor role in the UAE.

SIRA Supervisor Certificate

not mandatory

Physically fit and willing to work in shifts and outdoors as required. Visit visa or cancellation visa holders preferred

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
