Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security System Operator to join our team. The Security System Operator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

- Monitor and operate our security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond to any security alerts or alarms and take appropriate action.
- Conduct regular checks and maintain records of equipment and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the security systems.
- Stay updated on the latest security technology and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.
- Conduct training for new security system operators and provide support and guidance when needed.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or surveillance setting.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with security software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid security license or certification preferred.
