Security Supervisor (with Sira License)

Job Description
Requirements for the Security Supervisor:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a security field or similar role.
- With Supervisor SIRA License or Certificate.
- Good communication skills.
- Hardworking attitude and good coordination ability
- Active and enthusiastic
- knowledge of firefighting
- Motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Confident and Independent
- Supervise and guide security officers;
- Maintaining daily records;
- Familiar with locations;
- Regularly patrol and spot-check premises;
- Assisting Security Manager in handling incidents.
- Conduct emergency response drills;
- Investigations and interviews;
- Daily physical hazard/safety inspections
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems.
- Defuse disturbances by company policies and procedures
- Handle all interruptions and complaints
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property.
- Assist management in training
- Motivating and coaching employees.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Support team to reach common goals
- Risk assessment of asset
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
- Police liaison.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
