Security Supervisor / Rabat
Job Description
We are recruiting a Security Supervisor to join our team in Rabat.
Responsibilities :
Supervising the guard force
Conducting inspections of guards and guard posts ;
Investigating irregularities or incidents ;
Supervising special function teams, such as mobile patrol units
Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions ;
Providing on-the-job training of subordinates ;
Deploying guards for a shift or at a facility ;
Escort Guard Driver on Mobile Patrols.;
Profile sought for the position: Security Supervisor :
English Language S3/R3 proficiency
Have experience managing security staff
Have military, police or private security experience more than 05 years .
Be proficient in all areas of physical security and access control
Be trained in the use of physical methods of control and restraint
Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures
Possess a driver's license.
Availability to work variable hours and shifts (from 07:00 to 19:00 or from 19:00 to 07:00), including weekends and public holidays (5 days working and 2 days off);
