Focus Power Security Services LLC is urgently seeking a

qualified and experienced Security Supervisor

to oversee and manage the operational activities of our security personnel. The ideal candidate must hold a

valid SIRA Supervisor /Manager License

and possess strong operational leadership skills, client-facing experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple security sites and teams efficiently.

Handling and resolving customer complaints. Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities. Plan and develop the overall security strategy for the company. Meet & exceeds operation targets Follow organizational policies regulations that affect sales Department Proactively pursue new business opportunities Analytical & negotiates skills.

Desired Candidate will exhibit the followings;

Relevant Bachelor Degree or above duly attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy

Valid SSIRA Supervisor /Manager License

(mandatory) Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the security industry. UAE Driving License Proven experience in

client relationship management

Excellent Business Communication skills Ability to handle pressure and manage teams across multiple sites. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice.
