Job Title Security Supervisor

Description

Job Introduction
To ensure the execution of the premises SOPs, FERP, and CMP and supervise work carried out by assigned guards.
To ensure compliance with company security policy and procedures, and to identify, investigate and report on security incidents and potential security hazards.

Protect premises, property, and information
Supervising and managing people
Performing basic physical protection planning in terms of access control, patrolling, VSS surveillance, etc
Issue of orders, inspections, and monitoring procedures
Emergency response coordination
Investigation and report writing
Selection Criteria:
Minimum of 5 or 7 years (depending on the level of education as stated above) of security experience in UAE including 3 years in retail Mall environment in UAE and preferably in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
With Shopping Mall Experience
Five (5) years of security experience on the senior level in Abu Dhabi and the other Emirates of UAE
Previous military/law enforcement experience would be an advantage
A certificate (1 year) in any security discipline and 5 years of relevant security experience in Abu Dhabi and the other Emirates of UAE
Or secondary school education with at least 7 years of relevant security experience
Qualified and skilled in MS Office applications
First aid / CPR / AED certified
SIRA certified required
Higher Secondary education Certificate with attestation from home country and UAE Foreign Affairs
Age in between 21 to 45 years with a height of above 174 cms and in good physical personality
Completion of training and licensing required by regulation
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written (will require to pass PSBD exam)
Willing to work on a shift schedule
