Job Description

We are urgently looking for a

qualified and experienced Security Supervisor

to manage and oversee daily security operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must hold a

valid SIRA Supervisor/Manager License

and have strong leadership, client-handling, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control day-to-day security operations at assigned sites Handle client and customer complaints efficiently and professionally Plan, implement, and improve security operations and strategies Ensure operational targets and service standards are consistently met Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities for business growth and support client retention Coordinate with internal departments and prepare operational reports Demonstrate strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher (MOFA & UAE Embassy attested) Valid

SIRA Supervisor/Manager License

(mandatory) 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security industry Valid UAE Driving License Proven experience in client management and site coordination Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams/sites Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice
