URGENT HIRING - SECURITY SUPERVISOR

e urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the operational activities of our security personnel. The ideal candidate must hold a

valid SIRA Supervisor/Manager License

and demonstrate strong leadership, client management, and operational planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites. Handle and resolve client and customer complaints professionally and promptly. Plan, implement, and continuously improve the company's overall security strategies. Ensure operational targets are met and exceeded in line with company objectives. Maintain strict compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities. Support management in business development and client retention initiatives. Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Prepare operational reports and coordinate with internal departments as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher, duly attested by

MOFA and UAE Embassy

.

Valid SIRA Supervisor/Manager License

(mandatory). Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a supervisory or managerial role within the

security industry

.

Valid UAE Driving License

. Proven experience in

client relationship management

and site coordination. Excellent verbal and written

business communication skills

. Ability to work under pressure and manage teams across multiple locations. Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook). Currently based in the

UAE

and available to join

immediately or on short notice
