We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, guests, and assets.

Oversee and manage the security team, providing leadership, guidance, and training Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company policies Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and documentation Conduct investigations into security breaches or suspicious activities Manage the scheduling and deployment of security personnel Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices


Qualifications

Proven experience in security management, preferably in a supervisory role In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levels Demonstrated crisis management and problem-solving skills Proficiency in operating and managing security systems and technologies Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to emergencies Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a safe environment Experience in luxury and upscale segments is highly preferred Familiarity with local security laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE Valid security license (if required by local regulations) Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
