SIRA License
- MandatoryMinimum 5 Years of Experience
in security supervision Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Familiarity with UAE security protocols and complianceResponsibilities
Oversee daily operations of security personnel Ensure compliance with SIRA and company standards Conduct site inspections and performance evaluations Handle incident reporting and emergency response coordination Train and mentor security staff for optimal performance
