SBK Real Estate Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, including patrol and inspection of properties and tenant collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the properties to ensure the safety and security of tenants and assets. Handle tenant collections and ensure compliance with property management policies. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing appropriate actions and reports. Maintain detailed and accurate records of security activities and incidents. Liaise with tenants and address their security concerns effectively. Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a security supervisory role. Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in using security equipment and systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
