Sterling Perfumes is looking for a responsible and vigilant

Security Supervisor

to manage site security operations at our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The role involves supervising security staff, ensuring safety protocols, and protecting company assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the security team and ensure proper shift coverage at all times. Monitor CCTV and access control systems; ensure all entry/exit protocols are strictly followed. Conduct regular patrols and facility checks to prevent theft, damage, or safety hazards. Maintain security logs, incident reports, and attendance records. Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies. Coordinate with HR/Admin for visitor access, ID cards, and gate passes. Ensure guards are trained and follow company policies and procedures. Investigate any suspicious activity or security breach and report findings.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a security supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Familiar with UAE safety and security protocols. Strong leadership and communication skills. Physically fit and willing to work in shifts. SIRA certification is preferred. Basic English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
