Security Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise security personnel and allocate duties across the construction site Conduct regular patrols to monitor site integrity and deter unauthorized access Enforce access control protocols and verify identification of site visitors and workers Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations professionally Liaise with site management and external stakeholders on safety issues Maintain detailed reports of daily activity, security breaches, and unusual occurrences Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations, especially SIRA guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid
SIRA Security Supervisor License
(mandatory) Provenpatrolling experience
in high-risk or large-scale environmentsConstruction site experience
is strongly preferred Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control devices, and emergency procedures Strong leadership and team management skillsJob Type: Full-time
