Job Description

The required Security Supervisor is responsible to ensure a safe & secure environment for all the clients of the company. He will manage shifts effectively to ensure a smooth and effective overall operation task by properly guiding the team and personally involving himself in all required aspects of the security department. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge on preparing Security Policy and Procedures. Provide supervisory guidance and support to all security officer colleagues. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs for the Department. Develop and maintain positive working relationships. Respond to accidents, contact Emergency and Medical Services or administer first aid as required. To handle investigation and make unbiased incident report on all claims involving thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from either guests, visitors or Associates to the Management. To conduct daily shift briefing to security officers on all events and special attention that is needed. Also, to train the team to ensure they follow the premise policies and Procedures. Review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports. Be responsible for the fire life safety policies and procedures as dictated by the Dubai Civil Defence.

Experience & Qualification:

Minimum 3 years UAE experience working on the same field. Good knowledge of MS Office & Windows Applications. Good communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Must have UAE Driving License.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
