Administration ManagerJob Purpose:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing the team of security guards at Labelle factory. The role ensures safety, discipline, and protection of employees, visitors, and company assets at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily activities of all security guards. Ensure guards follow duty schedules, rotations, and factory security rules. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to prevent unauthorized access. Handle and report incidents such as theft, fights, accidents, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the factory premises. Train and guide security guards on behavior, discipline, and emergency procedures. Prepare daily security reports and submit to management. Coordinate with HR/Management for staffing, discipline, or training needs.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Security / Police / Any related field). Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing). Leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of UAE security procedures and emergency protocols. Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
