As a

Security Supervisor

at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection, you lead with vigilance, professionalism, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. In this role, you not only maintain high security standards but also supervise and guide the security team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the security department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Lead and mentor the security team, assigning duties and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest inquiries. Support departmental plans and objectives, helping achieve hotel initiatives and targets. Collaborate with management to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity levels. Build and maintain strong working relationships, promoting RHG's culture, values, and standards. Ensure compliance with all legislation, company policies, and security protocols, documenting activities for internal and external audits and performing follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management abilities. High attention to detail and situational awareness. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Commitment to delivering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
