Core Duties

• Design and evaluate secure IT, OT, and telecom architectures
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for telecom and ICS/SCADA systems
• Integrate IT and OT systems with a security-first approach and network segmentation
• Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts across telecom and OT environments
• Perform forensic investigations involving compromised ICS, SCADA, or network systems
• Draft and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation: IR plans, SOPs, forensic reports
• Collaborate with SOC, NOC, and plant operations teams during incident handling

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in telecom and OT sectors
• Strong background in secure network architecture and response planning
• Proven expertise in digital forensics and industrial system threat handling
• Excellent technical writing and compliance documentation skills
• Familiarity with telecom protocols like SIP, 5G, SS7, LTE, Diameter
• Deep understanding of OT/ICS environments including PLCs, SCADA, DCS

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP, GCFA, GCIA, GICSP, GRID, or equivalent
• Vendor certifications (Cisco, Siemens, ABB)
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 62443 or technical writing training
