Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and manage our security team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in security management and possess a valid

SIRA Certificate

. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and enforcing security protocols across the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the security team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.

- Ensure the implementation and adherence to security policies and procedures across all areas.

- Oversee and monitor the performance of security staff, ensuring that they maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism.

- Respond promptly to security breaches, incidents, and emergencies, and manage them effectively.

- Prepare and maintain incident reports and ensure accurate documentation of all security activities.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.

- Valid SIRA Certificate

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions in emergencies.

- Good reporting and documentation skills.
