As a

Security Shift Leader

at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection, you are not just a security presence--you are a key part of creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable environment for guests and staff. You'll lead by example, oversee the security team during your shift, and ensure all security protocols are followed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Security Oversight

+ Maintain the highest standards of safety across all areas.
+ Monitor security systems, patrols, and any safety procedures.
+ Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.

Team Leadership

+ Supervise security staff during your shift.
+ Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks.
+ Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and professionalism.

Guest Experience

+ Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries effectively.
+ Ensure a safe, comfortable environment that enhances guest satisfaction.

Compliance & Documentation

+ Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
+ Maintain records of incidents, follow-ups, and audits.

Operational Efficiency

+ Support departmental plans and objectives.
+ Control costs, inventory, and resources during your shift.
+ Collaborate with management to achieve targets and maintain performance standards.
