Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Personnel to join our team. As a Hotel Security Personnel, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
Provide a visible and welcoming security presence in the hotel lobby and public areas.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats.
Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including guest floors, parking areas, and back-of-house areas.
Maintain a log of all security-related incidents, including guest disturbances, theft, accidents, and suspicious activities.
Respond promptly and professionally to all security and safety incidents, including emergencies and medical situations.
Investigate and report security incidents to the appropriate hotel management and law enforcement, if necessary.
Enforce hotel security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
Assist in conducting security training and drills for hotel staff.
Control access to restricted areas and ensure that only authorized personnel enter.
Check and verify the identity of hotel guests and visitors when necessary.
Handle lost and found items and follow the hotel\'s procedures for documenting and returning lost belongings.
Assist with guest inquiries and requests when they involve security-related issues.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the hotel layout, facilities, and emergency response protocols.
Escort employees and guests as needed, especially during late hours.
Keep up-to-date with security trends, technologies, and best practices.
Ensure that all safety and security equipment, such as fire extinguishers and alarms, are in working order.
Provide assistance during evacuation procedures and drills.
Report any maintenance issues related to security equipment to the appropriate department.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus.
Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Excellent observation and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties, including walking, standing, and lifting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Customer service skills and a courteous demeanor.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
