Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent and respond to security incidents.
Check identification and screen guests and visitors entering the hotel.
Maintain a visible presence in public areas to deter undesirable behavior.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical incidents and fire alarms.
Conduct regular security checks of the hotel\'s facilities and report any safety hazards.
Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and disturbances.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests when needed.
Escort employees and guests as required for safety reasons.
Complete accurate and thorough security reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security is a plus.
Proven experience in a security role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of security procedures and practices.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid security license or certification (if required by local regulations).
