Job Summary:

Universal Security Services is seeking a highly organized and experienced

Security Operations Manager

to lead and oversee daily operations of our security teams across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, ensuring compliance with local regulations (including SIRA), maintaining high standards of security service delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of security personnel across multiple locations. Ensure compliance with all SIRA regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality. Recruit, train, and develop security staff in line with operational needs. Manage shift schedules, leaves, and replacements to ensure adequate staffing. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or client concerns. Prepare detailed reports, including incident reports, performance reviews, and monthly summaries. Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and expectations. Monitor and implement KPIs to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a security management role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). SIRA License or Manager Certification is highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and security reporting software. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
