Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and SIRA-certified

Security Operations

to oversee the security operations and drive business growth within the UAE, particularly Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security services, a proven ability to manage large teams and operations, and a strong network for generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Security Operations Management:

Lead and oversee daily security operations across multiple client sites in compliance with SIRA regulations. Manage, train, and supervise a team of security personnel ensuring high performance and discipline. Conduct site assessments, risk analysis, and security audits to ensure optimal safety and compliance. Liaise with SIRA and other local regulatory authorities to ensure ongoing compliance and licensing. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security protocols and emergency responses. Manage scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.

Requirements:

SIRA Certification

- valid and up to date. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations and/or business development within the UAE. Strong knowledge of SIRA compliance and Dubai security regulations. Proven track record in managing teams and handling large-scale security projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
