Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide security guards on daily duties and site coverage.
Conduct routine inspections of security posts and report irregularities or incidents.
Ensure compliance with security protocols, emergency procedures, and access control systems.
Investigate security breaches, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive actions.
Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
Train and brief security staff on safety standards and updates.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance records of security personnel.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
2-4 years of experience in security supervision or inspection.
