The Security and gatekeeper teams need to be more professional in their behavior and their performance of duties and responsibilities.
JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Wear proper uniforms and shoes:
The security staff always wear proper uniforms, and black shoes are mandatory; no casual or colorful shoes are allowed.
2. Outside vendors like recovery drivers/workshop agents cannot be entertained.
The security team must clearly not allow outside recovery drivers or workshop agents to be seated on our premises; they must be avoided and not allowed inside our premises, and we must not allow them to talk with our customers.
3. Unauthorized petty vendors are not allowed inside the premises.
Outside sellers who sell water, tea, or any other items must be strictly not allowed to enter the premises, and don't allow them to block the entrance and exit areas.
4. Headphones and AirPods usage must be avoided during the duty hours:
Security staff must not use any headphones while on duty, as it's against the policy. Mobile phones can be used only for official purposes during the duty hours.
5. Damages will be deducted from the security staff:
Any damages made by any customers to the company cars, and if the security failed to catch the incident, then any loss must be deducted from the designated security guards.
6. Patrolling responsibility in the designated areas:
It's the responsibility of the security guards to guard and patrol the designated areas, and they will be solely responsible for any mishaps or incidents happening in that area.
7. For sold cars, make sure to have proper documentation before exiting the cars:
The sold area security guards must be very careful and need to properly check all the documents are clear before exiting the cars.

Security guards might not assemble without any valid reason; they need to be patrolling only in designated areas.
9. Any unforeseen situations that occur in the yard must be immediately reported to the Security Supervisor and the Yard in Charge.
10. The incidents that occurred in the yards and workplace have to be documented through the preparation of a proper Incident Report and to be shared with the Security Supervisor for further actions and escalations.
