SECURITY GUARD

:

Must need to be honest, physically fit and have observational, communication and decision-making skills.

SIRA Certificate

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary. Must have a valid Certificates issued by Security Industry Regulatory Agency (such as Basic Fire Safety Training, Basic Life Support Training, Training Awareness Course in dealing with People of Determination during Crisis, disasters and emergencies, and Security Guard Training Course). Must be presentable and with pleasing personality.

LIFEGUARD

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously. Supervise and ensure safety of swimmers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas. Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations. Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service with little input from others. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a similar environment. Certified lifesaving and lifeguarding, recognized by the UAE Minimum 1 year of experience working as a lifeguard
