Key Responsibilities
Monitor and secure the assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entry/exit points and restricted areas.
Operate and monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms) as required.
Check and verify identification of visitors, contractors, and staff where applicable.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and report to supervisors or law enforcement as needed.
Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety policies.
Assist during evacuations, fire drills, or other emergency situations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Prior security experience preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures is an advantage.
