Shift: Schedule: Full-time To support our business strategy and digital transformation, AXA is setting up a new information security practice to ensure a coordinated response to the increasing threat of cybersecurity, enabling consistent decision-making across the organization. Our vision of information security is to protect our stakeholders by securing our information resources, managing our cyber risks and enabling effective and efficient business strategies that are fully sponsored by executives and supported by all AXA employees.

MISSION

Cyber Defense organization has been created in 2018. The aim is to execute the strategy defined by Group Security and deliver Cyber products to the AXA entities.

The Product & Services department is responsible for creating and updating the product roadmap, managing the operations of the security products, in addition to enhancing product capabilities to meet entity requirements.

The Digital Hub is the tool used to manage AXA digital presence ecosystem. It permits entities to obtain digital permits and manage the lifecycle of their digital assets and domains. Escalated Incident Management, Change Management related to platform changes, Problem Management and Request Management Ongoing project support on production environment Propose/Support enhancement on the products in alignment with business needs and security requirements Monitoring overall quality and performance of the tool Specialized bug and performance related incident resolution Tests and checks on production and test environment Oversight of releases and deployments on test and production environment - manage communication to entities Post-release checks and tests on production environment Training and documentation for level 1

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certification

Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC or equivalent) would be desirable but is not essential

Overall work experience in the field: Experience in delivery processes, including lifecycle controls (e.g. Design, Pilot, Acceptance) and Project Management Experience in support technical product
