: To manage the day-to-day operations of the Security operations team, participate in the planning and execution of new solution implementation projects, provide robust and prompt support to infrastructure, solution design and monitoring teams and respond to key stakeholders’ requirements within SLAs. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and handle incoming tickets and incidents from customers
Work closely and communicate with infrastructure, solution design, monitoring and SOC teams
Ensure delivery of projects and ticket resolution within defined SLA
Perform regular health checks and preventive maintenance
Maintain an adequate level of security in customer environment
Perform infrastructure upgrades when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in information security / Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
4-5 Years’ Experience working hands on with various security solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Outstanding Organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced experience in TCP/IP, network protocols, and traffic flow
Advanced experience in systems security, mainly Microsoft active directory and Linux
Advanced experience in endpoint protection (ATP, EDR)
Advanced experience in privileged access management
Advanced troubleshooting skill and log analysis
Advanced experience in firewalls and access control
Advanced experience in cloud technologies, preferably Azure
Basic vulnerability management skills. Working knowledge of Tenable.SC/IO, Nessus
Basic project management experience
Experience in incident response and analysis.
Experience in use case definition and collaborating with SOC and SIEM Engineering teams
Experience in reporting
Professional Certifications- Preferred

ITIL
AWS/Azure cloud certifications
